Online Support Worker for Professionals With Dyslexia

Entrepreneurs or professionals embracing their dyslexia and/or short-term memory can be assisted by an online Support Worker. I’m here to help. 😁

As an Access to Work Support Worker, I specialize in providing tailored help as a Job Aide for those who embrace their dyslexia and could thrive with a little extra assistance.

John Walker | Macwiz Tech Support

My name is John Walker. I want to help you to work confidently and productively. My services are delivered through the convenience of remote desktop support.

Let’s work together to turn challenges into strengths. Reach out to discuss your needs and how I can support you. You can call me on 07525368812, or book a call:

How I can help as a support worker

I help via interactive remote connection to your computer, mobile, or tablet while talking to you over the phone. I can…

  • Assist with reading, writing, and processing tasks, ensuring you communicate effectively and meet workplace expectations.
  • Help you employ tools and techniques so you can stay organized, remember tasks, and manage deadlines.
  • Guide you to find apps and systems to streamline your workflow and reduce stress.

Why remote support works

Apart from the convenience and adaptability to your work situation, having a live connection to a support worker on screen offers:

Flexibility: Receive support from the comfort of your workplace, wherever you are.

Confidentiality: A private, one-on-one environment that does not draw attention.

Efficiency: Quick, real-time assistance without disrupting your day.

Access to Work

My services may be covered by Access to Work if you are eligible. Unfortunately, the UK Government website pages are daunting for anyone to read! I can hardly believe those pages promote a grant for the neurodiverse! There’s nothing I can do about that, of course.

That being said, Access to Work is a real grant aimed in part at helping the neurodiverse find and keep employment. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, surely there is good reason for the Government to invest in you. I am happy to be paid via the Access to Work scheme if you are given a grant, or directly by you or your employer if you prefer.
