Overview
As the items I sell are prepared to order, often customized for the precise model of your device, I do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only offered if the product is physically damaged in transit.
My exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you an exchange. Postage is payable by the buyer.
Additional non-returnable items should I decide to sell them:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
