John-Paul Early

I am a London based illustrator. I work mainly on computers now, but still work in more traditional media (oil paint) which is great for tight deadlines! I work in Illustrator mainly, then Flash and Photoshop. I also animate. Recent commissions have been for Children’s Books, Advertising Work, Packaging, Animations.

I am a bit Mac obsessed and have a collection going back years. I have a strange fondness for the G3 Desktop, and its simple graphics. Currently using the G5. I do have a windows machine which I find really useful for raising my blood pressure.

Currently I’m still being amazed by the iphone even though I have had it since release. I’ve been playing with the drawing apps, and plan to have a go at using it for commissioned artwork soon, see how that goes…
